Alexander Kirkland | 2 comments Hello there,

My name is Alexander Kirkland. Like many of you on here I've struggled with panic attacks and anxiety. Early 2021 was the worst time of my life, but I learned a lot from it in the process. So much so that I want to share it with you so that you can take control of your life once again.

As of right now I'm looking for ARC readers for my new memoir, When Obstacles Limit Freedom: Facing the countless immovable obstacles of anxiety and panic attacks.

(Side note: Someone created the book and a new author page separate from mine. Trying to get that resolved.)

But if you would be interested in being an ARC reader, that would help me out greatly. Moreso, I hope that the tools and tricks throughout the book can help you navigate your anxiety obstacles.

Ultimately, stay strong, my friend. You got this : )

Sincerely,

Alex
