Writing and healing have a deep connection. When we write, we open our minds and listen. Studies show that you can write about your pain and your pain will diminish. Write deeply about your anxiety and find the key to unraveling what triggers your anxiety. Same goes for depression. I've written many books about writing and healing. But the best thing to do is grab your pen and write until you can't write anymore.
