I just used the emoji keyboard function to add each icon. Do you know how to access that on your keyboard? I can help with that if not. 😊

At home on my Mac, I use Control + Alt + Spacebar to bring it up.


At work on my PC, I use Option + Period to bring it up.

I finished a book today that had only around 100ish pages left from 2288, does it still count?

Hi Michelle! Once I get a bingo, can I work on another? And does it have to be a different type? For example, if I get a horizontal bingo, can I work on another like vertical or diagonal? Or can I work on another horizontal on another line? Thank you!

Yes, that will work. Finish dates are what I'm looking at.

You can work on as many different BINGOs as possible at any given time. You can go for a Blackout if you'd like/have time.

Do we have to put the book names anywhere for each square we used when we put our completion post? Or just the book emoji grid?

You still need to make completion posts as with other challenges. The grid is just a way to notate the BINGO.

JUST TO BE CLEAR: The "grid" I listed was just meant as a way to show the BINGOs you create. You MUST still make completion posts, as you would with other challenges, to notate the book, the prompt, and how it fits the prompt. I can't award BINGOs without knowing that information. This has come up more than once, so maybe it's my fault for not making it more clear in the instructions. Maybe I should've included a completion post template. Either way, please make sure you are including completion posts in your threads. Thanks so much!

What is a MPG mystery?

MPG stands for Main Page Genre. That means the genre, or tag, is listed on the book's homepage. You can click on "more" and still be MPG, but you can't click on "show all."

Hi again Michelle, for the retelling task, my book In the Dark is loosely based on Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None. It's not MPG Retelling but it has 3 tags. Would you take it?

Oh, sorry I didn't want to startle or stress you out so suddenly 😅 It's no problem, I'm just happy there is another one ☺️ I'm enjoying the Bingo a lot and I'm happy it's very chill pacing-wise but still have some prompts that make me challenge myself 👍🏼

I think Quarter 3 is going to be it. I'm simply swamped right now. We're already a month into the quarter, plus I'm about to be out of town for about a week. Lots of other real life stuff going on right now as well. Sorry about that.
