꓄ꃅꍟ ꈤꂦ꓄ꍟꌃꂦꂦꀘ discussion

soooooo... it's a bit awkward to be the first one posting anything here. This is a "poem" I wrote at, like, 10 o' clock (see, Zahra, I told you I could only do it late at night). It's a sort of free verse with no skill or rhymes whatsoever. Anyways, I wrote it after finishing an AMAZING book and thinking about my own death (yes, I'm a strange person), because this world is effing broken. Any of my friends IRL, if I die young, share this.

You can drown me
My body can sink and hit the ground
But my final breaths
cries
wishes
will rise
scattered
together
strong
small
bursting to the surface
rippling the water
disturbing the peaceful facade
that reflects the things too big and too far for us
hiding the trash
the death
the destruction
lurking below
waiting to be found.

i love ittt!! its very pretty in a sad and meaningful way
(okay that was cheesy but still, its so beautiful)

oh my God.

there are tears in my eyes

literally.

my blood is pumping, my hands are shaking, my eyes are burning, my heart is aching

is it stupid that I feel like this?

Sai, you are an amazing person

Sai. That was amazing. I have no words. The emotions in that poem are so raw and painful I can almost feel them myself... this is a masterpiece. But I can't imagine what you must be feeling if you were inspired to write this. Whatever it is, I'm so sorry for what you're going through. We're here.
