Thank you Patrick,I have read He Knew He was Right, Black Dogs and The Blind Owl so I will need replacements for those. I will send you my reviews in a separate post in a moment.

You are quite done for the moment, Patrick. I have read none of the additional three books you added. Although I am not sure if reading two Pynchon in one year is likely. As for Little Women, it is almost sacrilegious to admit to not having read it in some circles, so don’t share that around. Thank you
We seem to belong to the same club then. You know the first rule of the Fight Club? It's the same here!
I have read Nineteen Seventy Seven and written a short review: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
I have read In Search of Klingsor and posted a short review: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
Oh good, a concise 1242 page challenge for my next WL book....looks as if I may be reading Vineland after all.
It could have been worse. The randomiser initially picked Gravity's Rainbow; I thought I would be nice by doing a second draw (lol).
Apologies, I forgot my randomiser in Sydney and can't pick a new book for you here in London. Do you mind waiting until May 23rd when I come back to Sydney?
No problem at all. I suspected you would be too busy so was not expecting you to even look at GR. I still have other options. Travel safe.
Welcome back Patrick. I have read Turn of the Screw and here is the review: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
I have just finished reading Good Morning, Midnight and have added some review notes to all the other reviews for this book: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
No, I have not read Memoirs so that one is good and I think you owe me one more. Preferably not Gravity’s Rainbow please.
Oh, I missed that (blame it on jetlag)! New book added. Glad it worked out for the Geisha, I haven't read it yet either
I have read the Chabon book: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...Please try again (but no hurry)
I have read Memoirs of a Geisha and here is the short review: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
New book added. I kept drawing a new pick until I got one you haven't reviewed, the lengths I have to go to now ;=)
Hawk, Hedgehogs and Kestrels. HmmmI did find a used copy of Your Face Tomorrow but it is 3 books totaling 1261 pages with very small print. Not likely to get to that before the end of the year....
I have read The Elegance of the Hedgehog and added a short reaction here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
New book added (on the second attempt; the first one was Buddenbrooks (Mann) which you have luckily read)
