✲ We have started our annual cleaning up of the group! Don’t worry though, we archive rather than delete old threads, so none of your info is lost. All of your bookmarked links should still be working, but please let one of the moderators know if you have trouble locating a certain thread.
GROUP READ Our January theme is Cozy and our group read for this month is The Spellshop by Sarah Beth Durst, an uplifting cottagecore romantasy debut that weaves together magic, mystery, and family bonds.
CHALLENGES We begin the year with two monthly challenges with the theme of Cozy. We also have two new first-quarter challenges, alongside 15 yearly challenges—some new and some old favorites. We are hoping to help get your reading off with a bang with these brand-new challenges!
Monthly challenges Cozy Escapes is an open challenge to read books that express what cozy means to you. Let’s Get Cozy is a prompt-based challenge designed to start your year with warmth and comfort. Snuggle up with a hot beverage and a comfy blanket, and dive into books inspired by cozy themes!
Quarterly challenges Sad Songs is a prompt-based challenge that will inspire you to sing the blues. Embracing the Blues is an open challenge where you choose your blue adventure. Whether you spell it out, find blue covers, titles, or a mix of everything—it's up to you!
Do you have an idea for a new challenge? Please let us know! Most of our quarterly and monthly challenges grow from our members’ suggestions. We would love to hear your creative ideas!
