The name of the kingdom is Wesreales.
Over two hundred years ago, the Regulars waged a devastating war against the mystics of Wesreales. This conflict, known as the Great War, lasted for over a century, leaving both sides deeply scarred.
When the war finally ended, the Regulars’ leader, **Name Redacted**, agreed to a peace accord. As part of this agreement, the memories of all Regulars who fought in the war were wiped, ensuring that the horrors of the conflict and information of the Mystics (Us) would not be passed down through generations.
**20 years after the War,**
The first Queen, Tara Nightingale had used forbidden magic (Blood Magic) to control the Regulars' leader which led to her execution by the Regulars. Wesrians had done nothing to interfere since they established blood magic as forbidden.
After many of the Royals committing forbidden acts, the court decided that having a council would be better so every ten years, a new council is elected. (Just to clarify, Royals still exist but so does the council. Every decision the council makes is goes through the King and Queen's judgement. The royals who become king and queen have to take an oath.)
