My goal is to slow down (I read 177 books last year, thanks to anxiety haha) and be more selective about what I'm reading. This year I'm setting my goal at 100 books and prioritizing spending more time with family and friends. I'm an avid DNFer already, but I'm going to try to be as cutthroat as I can when I'm not vibing with a book.

I've read 3 books so far this year:1. In the Woods by Tana French - 4 ⭐
2. The Girl in the Tower by Katherine Arden - 5⭐
3. Teach Me by Olivia Dade - 2 ⭐
#3 probably should have been a DNF, but I listened to the audio and it was pretty quick, so I stuck it out.
I have not been great about updating, so here are 3 more books I've read this month:4. Babel by R.F. Kuang - 5 ⭐
5. Pomona Afton Can So Solve a Murder (ARC) by Bellamy Rose- 4 ⭐
6. Lady Tan's Circle of Women by Lisa See - 5⭐
I'm really excited at how many 5 ⭐ reads I've had this month!
Hi Mia! I can so relate to reading more due to anxiety. That's how I went from a sporadic audiobook listener to an avid one. And that's in addition to the books I read! I hope you have been successful in prioritizing time with friends and family. I hope you are making good progress toward your reading goal and enjoying lots of fantastic books along the way.
