Why can't I add book cover to my dashboard?

Tried for literally days to add cover pic of my newly published novel, Shadows On The Levels, to my dashboard list of books. The book was published on 1st January 2025m ISBN 9781835269459 by Joffe Books and is apparently already included in the Good Reads data, but it has not been added to my list and I can't add it myself because it keeps telling me it is already listed in the data!!!

The book was imported automatically from Amazon to another author profile with the same name. I moved the entry to your profile, it may take a few minutes to update.https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
