Thay have to be honest now. I wasn't sure the new guideline would cross over into fiction/non-fiction books.
When loading up a book, ( I thought it was only low content) you have to click to declare if AI of any kind was used in the making of the product.

The first bit is true (that it's AI) the last bit is a bold faced lie. I can't even say that subjectively that it's a lie to say "to create an engaging and immersive reading experience". It is not much of a stretch to say that it is an objective lie.

This part is probably true as well: "4. No Warranties or Guarantees
This book is provided "as is," without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The publisher is not responsible for any interpretations or consequences arising from its use."

it would help if they had to put it on the outside - people may buy it without realising.

I have become very suspicious of those books with 70-90 pages. They all look decidedly AI to me.
