I think I have read about 7 of these books. First book is not so great but after that they pick up things and become quite interesting. I do enjoy it when they are based on an event in history and you find out Bane was there.

Yes, she did then release them all in one book. That's probably what you saw.

These are worth reading, so far they haven't really added anything to the main story though.

Magnus has to be in my top five Cassandra Clare characters and for some reason I still haven't read this book. Much less bought it. :P I'm really curious as to why Magnus was kicked out from Peru...

I've not read any of this series of books, or the cinder books in ages. Must try and get back into them.

Yeah that is the weakest one of the set. Didn't really see the point in it. I think the saving Raphael one is the best, make sure you read that before you give up.

I did enjoy the others, mainly cos I really like Bane, the first book is definitely the weakest.

What really did get him banned from Peru I want tot know

Oh yeah, the fall of the hotel was pretty mental. I can remember in the main books wondering what had happened to it.

Started What to Buy the Shadowhunter Who Has Everything last night, been ages since I've read any of this series.

Finished that one. wasn't too bad, made me chuckle a few times. only two left I think.
