Oh lord, I got to the point of the betrayal. I expected it, it was my best guess, but it was still bad 😭😭 I’ll finish the book today and then I’ll start reading Ruin and Rising from the Shadow and bone saga, so take your time to finish this!! ✨

I was like WHY?? Poor Mare woke up one day and ended up betrothed to a prince somehow 😂 And Cal is right over there! Like, don’t they see their spark??

What do you think about Mare anyway? I have to say I don’t love her, but I don’t dislike her either. She is 17 and she is doing the best she can to survive. I admire that, but let’s see what happens next!

Hey, no worries, I get it, I’m also studying for exams 😬🥰 I like Shadow and Bone, the story is very fast paced at a certain point and I love the world building, even if in the first book I couldn’t stand Alina, the main character. She gets better in book 2 and 3 though! Definitely worth reading! 🥰
