Contact GR, tell the the mods are currently MIA and ask them to make you one Then you can do those things. You can always step down later.
Yes please do Mela. The group is all over the place at the moment and it would be good to have someone in charge. Would be good to be able to change the header every month as well!
It would be wonderful if you could take over as moderator Mela as you seem to be doing all the work - and very well too. Obviously there is something wrong as far as Jenny and the other moderator go so it makes a lot of sense for you to take over.
The suggestion of contacting GR direct seems sensible to me. Good luck.
