I'll put it on my TBR for the next week. I have enjoyed the fairly new to me author and her books are at Hoopla.

Lauretta is amazing author, and I love this series!

I also have it on my TBR pile!

I started this book a bit late in the month and just finished it Thursday.
The beginning was not hooking me but by 60% I was invested. lol
I was so confused by the goose on the cover but it made total sense not too far and and the goose became one of my favorite parts of the book.
The story was easy to follow (which is nice from a fantasy book).
I might be in the minority but I really liked the inner dialog from Daphne - it made me laugh on more than one occasion.
Speaking of laughing.... I don't think I've laughed so much while reading a fantasy book!
I definitely liked this one and will be reading the next in the series at some point.
