I finished and I enjoyed it. I don't care much about romance vs. no romance. It's kind of like enemies to lovers to? Along with a love triangle thing going on there. More of it is Rune's story and less about her and Gideon/Alex. I liked the journey to the end and I am looking forward to the second book.

I finished it today. The ending is shocking and I never expected that with Verity! I think it was fine, not amazing, not horrible. The storyline was okay but I found it really picked up halfway through and I finished the second half within about 2 hours. If someone was looking for a witch book I’d recommend it 100%! ❤️

ps. I'm also am not a critical rater. if I don't like I don't finish lol. I pretty much never rate anything less than 3.
it had a good story. reminded me of "How to lose a guy in 10 days". and I was thoroughly entertained. I read it in one day.
