Sam testifies at Stahl’s trial and it is rough. However, at the end, his defense attorney opted not to cross examine her. Why? Was that good strategy or did he miss an opportunity to impugn her testimony?

Anita (anitanodiva) | 2973 comments As bad as her direct testamony was she would have been killer on cross. I think the attorney knew he wasn't going to be able to shake her on anything.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 1812 comments I'm not sure what he could have asked Sam to impeach her. Its no secret that Stahl attacked her several times in front of witnesses. Perhaps he thought going after her would only make the jury more angry at his client.

Sharon Kallenberger Marzola | 3485 comments I don't know what the defense attorney could do. Sam is a good witness. It was best to let her go.
