Village Gardens Book Club discussion

So far I really like the style of writing in this book. It is a refreshing relief to have a book actually start at the beginning, give some background in plain English.

Am also liking the main character who, IMO, is an asberger sufferer but has learned to navigate life well on her own terms.

We had our book club meeting this past Tuesday. Most people did enjoy the read and our discussion was lively and informative. There were surprises, especially in the ending of the book and we feel quite free to recommend the book, The Maid, to our friends.
