The author profile Mike Lawrence Aut contains a small number of books and appears to be primarily a duplicate of Mike Lawrence.

As far as I can tell, with the exception of one edition of Muddy Max: The Mystery of Marsh Creek all books listed under Mike Lawrence Aut should be assigned to Mike Lawrence (this includes different editions of the same book, some of which are under one profile and some under the other).

Merged and cleaned up the various Mike Lawrence pages. There is still a mix of some books on the default Mike Lawrence page but I've improved it a lot now at least.
