I recently did a poll for my next book to read. "Lights Out" won hands down. My concern.... I know that book 2 doesn't come out until June 10th of this year.
Without spoilers: Does "Lights Out" end on a cliffhanger. I am the type of person that likes to read a complete series, not suffer through waiting months to find out what happens.

Not at all, don't worry about it. The series is going to be a few interconnected standalone books.

So book 2 is about a different couple and different characters. Lights Out is a standalone when it comes to Josh and Aly's story.
