It’s Valentine’s Day weekend, and Charlotte and Seth are not looking for romance. Armed with emotional-support bear spray, Charlotte is in self-imposed isolation and on guard from men. This is cute so far. The whole missing stairs thing is quite the setup and pretty funny to be honest. I'm curious about this whole stalker business that Charlotte has. What's the deal with the guy, why is he after her? And Seth seems nice, I like that he immediately went to talking about trees when his friend told him not to.

These two have great chemistry. The whole wife leaving for her cousin thing was just terrible, poor Seth. The old ladies from the retirement home showing up was great. And poor Charlotte with the customer who became obsessed with her. It's horrible how the police aren't doing anything about his stalking.

Ok that was an adorable surprise, their own personal oasis. I'm still really liking this one. Despite how short this is, the development of the friendship/romance between these two feels realistic.

I like that Charlotte was the one to take down George and stop him. Seth's tree threat was just icing on top. This was a really cute read, I definitely need to check out some of her other books.

Chapters 1-3 (view spoiler)[ Enjoying this one a lot so far! Love how this is going to be a forced proximity because they are stuck with no stairs. Sad that she is dealing with the stalking. And I can’t believe his ex wife left him for her cousin! His nervous habit of talking about trees is cute too. (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 4-6 (view spoiler)[Okay, this is super cute! I totally get why she wouldn’t want to start a relationship with someone with the stalker, but also she needs him to go to jail or a restraining order so she can live her life not afraid. (hide spoiler)]

Chapters 7-8 (view spoiler)[Okay, Seth is SO sweet. Also love how the two friends are going to get together too. And glad she is finally realizing that she can’t keep running her whole life. (hide spoiler)]

Started this one yesterday and i am enjoying it..

Chapters 1 - 8 (view spoiler)[ This was so sweet—I loved the character development. It truly felt like a short novella built around just three days, and it turned out beautifully. Her past and his love for trees added such depth. Even though it was brief, the side characters weren’t overlooked and actually added a lot to the story. (hide spoiler)]

Finished- Chapter 9-10 (view spoiler)[ love the way how Izzy kept supported her and encouraged her to move on with there life but there’s is little missing info about her background.. and the way she threatened seth. Also impressed by he she attacked George.
The 6 month epilogue was absolutely cute 🥰
