Joanne (angelica79) | 13 comments Has anyone read the novella 1922? I’m asking because it has been made into a movie too, currently on Netflix or Hulu. The movie is well done and scary. However, ther is a really disturbing scene in it. Has anyone seen the movie?

Joanne (angelica79) | 13 comments Yes, he was really good in the movie. I don’t want to give away the plot, but there was a scene with a cow on the farm. I found that scene so disturbing.

Jakob Shingler | 39 comments I read the novella this last year, I loved it a lot! I haven’t seen the movie, but I’ve heard it’s pretty good. I won’t spoil it as well, but a nice synopsis of it is a story of a farmer and his son being plagued by a decision they made that changed their lives forever. It’s very dark and disturbing but written so well! Would definitely recommend read jt.

Joanne (angelica79) | 13 comments Good Summary. I enjoyed the movie, it has that sinister undertone that’s so Stephen King.

Kelly Grice | 18 comments I’ve read the book. It was really good and shows a butterfly like effect from one action.
I have yet to watch the film though
