Do you have any opinions on IBPA? Is the membership worth it? Is it a good match with Netgalley?

Hi. I'm an author and I've heard about it. I know through them author can access NetGalley much cheaper, but now I've already paid my membership alone. This book self-publishing becomes a super-expensive hobby!
