No, I was sure he would be convicted. There was way to much physical evidence for him to get out of it. Sam just wanted to be done with the whole thing. Nick giving the victim statement was powerful.
I agree Anita. I didn't think Stahl would get away again. Nick was more effective in giving the impact statement, although I did expect Sam to say something.
Sam thinks if she just puts it in her rearview, she can be done with it and move on. I think this is going to haunt her for a long time as she made some serious judgment errors and came close to dying.
