how often are you online, & what times of day are you most active?
↳ I'll check in almost everyday on GR and often more than once and I'm mostly active from about 8:00 AM to round 3:00 PM. I can and only sometimes be online during weekends but it's fairly rare.
why do you want to be a moderator for this group?
↳ I want to help this group be more active and add topics most people will like such as a Games topic, maybe a Reading/Book topic, and just some other things that I think will help the group out. I also can make interesting polls for the group to keep people active.
have you ever been a moderator in any other online group or community?
↳ Yes, I actually have my own group but... it kinda died because I took a super long hiatus and I'm trying my best to get it active again. I created the whole RP topic for another group I'm in and helped here and there with other topics, mainly RP though.

if a heated argument or rule-breaking situation occurs & youre the only active mod, how would you handle it?
↳ I would get both sides of the story through PM's and talk with the people, then once the conclusion comes around, however severe, it might result in a strike, kick of one person, or ban.
how would you contribute to making the group more fun, engaging, & welcoming?
↳ I can make interesting polls to keep people active and I can add more topics such adding to the RP tab, creating more interesting Topics such as Games, Books, Debates maybe? Etc.
(for example: discussion ideas, events, reading challenges, etc.)
what do you think is the most important quality for a moderator, & why?
↳ I think the most important quality for a mod is being creative and active because those two things go hand in hand for creating a good group. If you're not creative then your group won't be as active and fun or popular as you would want, the same goes with being online.

how often are you online, & what times of day are you most active?
↳ I am online every single weekday (Monday through Friday), between 10 am through 12 pm, and then from 5 pm to 7-8 pm. On Weekends, I'm either online for a few hours, or gone for the entire day. (Will also very if there are events/breaks during times)
why do you want to be a moderator for this group?
↳ I want to be mod to help expand this group to a more heartfelt, lively, and friendly group. I wouldn't mind adding any requests/challenges (Maybe some drawing or writing one's?) along the way if our group really enjoys them or wants to do more on them. And lastly, to help aid the other mods if/when they need help.

↳ I have been a moderator in a few small chatting/chill groups (about 5+), along with a few of my own groups. I have also been a mod of a few RP groups, and a reading group (SSNR- currently a mod).
if a heated argument or rule-breaking situation occurs & you're the only active mod, how would you handle it?
↳ If an argument/rule-breaking were to occur, I would first read what exactly caused the riot, and then de-escalate the people/person, in a calm manner. Asking them to not bring in any more details and kindly ask them to stop. If this does not stop their arguments, I shall warn them again, and tell them to please respect the rules and others around them.
how would you contribute to making the group more fun, engaging, & welcoming?
↳ I would offer a monthly drawing contest based on themes the mod's/polls resulted in, or maybe a free write contest to let the members freely write about whatever and however they want based on a certain theme/topic. Polls are also a great option to engage with people and members to keep their days going in a positive route!
what do you think is the most important quality for a moderator, & why?
↳ I think the most important quality for a moderator to have is keep an open mind. To fully understand what is around you and how you can do your best to offer assistance or help lighten the load. By acknowledging your surrounding, it helps you understand and just enjoy the time you're offering in the group.
