description

April's theme is CLASSIC HORROR MONSTERS.
This would included, but is not limited to, stories about ghosts, vampires, werewolves, witches and mummies. Classic, in this case, does not refer to old-time horror classics like Dracula or Frankenstein, but more along the lines of typical creatures that would be expected in a horror novel.
Put your thinking caps on and dig through those books of classic horror monsters you've been wanting to read.
Let's have a terrifying first month of Spring.

Books that have been Group Reads before do not qualify.
https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Books that get seconded are more likely to make the poll to be voted on.

Authors, please do not nominate your own books.
We love you but it's tacky.

Such Sharp Teeth

even though I just read this a few months ago, it was so good I'd read it again now.

message 23: by Jim (new)

Jim Fellow HAs, I love you all, but could you please use the "add book/author" function? It just takes a second and makes life easier. Highlighting/Ctrl+C/Ctrl+V is so last century.

Mariam wrote: "Is there anyway we can make this into a poll? I'm open to whatever books!"

:)
That is exactly what will happen. When the nominations close, the top selections here will be put on a poll for everyone to vote on. The two books that get the most votes will be our Group Reads.
Threads are then set up to discuss the books.
