I nominate a translated mystery by an author from Uruguay: Little Indiscretions by Carmen Posadas. It's billed as part mystery and part social satire.
Celia has already read, loved and reviewed "River Sing Me Home", by Eleanor Shearer but I haven't (yet!) and have a copy----so how 'bout it? Oh,and its Barbados/Caribbean.
