-rushes inside to talk to Miriam. (Out of breath) She says, “Miriam! Someone stole Venom (her snake)!”-

“…someone stole…”*

{Lyra}
-almost crying-
“Well I got out of bed this morning and he was on my bed still like always. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and brush my hair, but when I came back he was gone!! All that was left was a note that said, ‘if you want your precious snake back you must follow all my clues’, but there was no first clue!! I don’t know what to do”
*slides down the side of a tree and starts crying*

{Lyra}
With eyes wide, “Wait is Bella missing too??? Is Venom’s kidnapper also Bella’s kidnapper????”
-quickly stands up-
“We have to go check your house! Maybe that’s where the first clue is!! I can’t believe this is happening right now!”

{Lyra}
-sitting down next to Miriam-
*how could this be happening? Both of our Animal Magica’s are gone!”
“Do I have permission to check around to see if there’s a clue anywhere? I know this is a lot to handle, I don’t know how I’m NOT crying right now, but we need to find them, fast.”

{Lyra}
*following Miriam’s line of sight, I see it! I see blood.*
“Miriam! Stay here!”
*I follow the trail of blood to Miriam’s closed bedroom door, but the door’s locked!”
“Miriam! I need your help!”

-follows Miriam inside-
“What is that?” She says while shaking
*she looks to Miriam for help*

{Lyra}
“What do we do?????? You’re the smart one! I’m so scared for them!! They could be hurt!”
*she starts hyperventilating and crying*
