Uniqueness is great but please do not overdo it by making your character the "last individual of a dying species of a lost tribe of the last city of a country that was obliterated" unless you have a really good backstory which is approved by one of the mods.

If you want to create or upgrade your character to a Shichibukai or Yonko, then you NEED approval from a mod and a lot more work is expected than a less powerful pirate.

I recognize that Shichibukai and Yonko are nearly always OP, so please give them some decent weaknesses.
