Could you please add a profile picture for Jim Tully?

I'm surprised he doesn't have one. I'm curious as to where you would pull a photo. He doesn't have a website dedicated to him. I know this isn't an acceptable source, but it's the picture that's on his biography.

Is it a claimed page? But wouldn't he have to be alive?

It is not a claimed profile and we would need a photo in the public domain, or which has express written permission to use.

Yes, a person needs to be alive to claim a profile.

Public domain. Not the greatest image but that's what they have.
