Hi, Wanted to start a debate so…
Grim or Oro.
Personally, Grim bc Oro is just too overprotective and kinda annoying.
I’ve read all 3 books and can’t wait for Book 4.
Predictions anyone?

Im definitely for Grim. I always picture Oro as an old man for some reason and he frustrated me alot.

100% Grim. I always get attached to the first love interest introduced (unless its conrad fro TSITP)

I’m a little late to this discussion, but I’m honestly tied. I’m leaning more towards Grim, so you could say I’m a Grim fan, but idk. The second book made me like Oro as a love interest a lot more, but compared to Grim, he doesn’t seem as ‘in love’ with Isla. Even though, in the third book, he tells her that even if she kills him, he would still love her. I thought that was cute. Other than those few cute moments with Oro, Grim has had way more appreciation for Isla. He understands her and, while in an Isla monologue involving something bad happening, she always describes Grim as concerned for Isla. I also think it’s kinda cute that Grim is willing to kill anyone that even speaks remotely bad towards Isla. Even his own people. I believe Grim is going to be the end outcome, and that’s kinda what I’m hoping for. Throughout the story, whenever something’s going on I always feel like I’ve had way more irritation with Oro than Grim. In the first book when we find out Grim ‘betrayed Isla’ he was described as ‘sorry’ and ‘worried’, while when Oro had also betrayed her by outing Isla for not having powers, he just seemed cold-hearted. I believe Grim is the best choice.

Grim and Don’t judge because i’m still not able to get ahold of the 3rd book but like so far it seems like he loves isla and he would protect her until the world is ending even when she says she hates him. So for that reason GRIM.
