Quirk: PhoenixFlare - His Quirk is powerful allowing him to fly and shoot fire from his wings. Like Hawks, his feathers also are controlled by his thoughts. His feathers burn up if he uses the fire side of his Quirk too often. And it takes a few days to regrow those feathers. His feathers also has the ability to heal, the really small ones near his back. They burn instantly, creating an ash that you can put on the wounds. But it only works on small wounds, not deep

Personality: Minado is a carefully thought out guy who doesn't always leap in to help.
History: Minado is a distant cousin of the Pro Hero Hawks. But he does not know that. He was abused by his father at a young age, causing him to run away from home at the age of twelve. None of the Teachers know this, believing he still talking to them.
Other: Shigaraki picks up Minado off the streets shortly after he ran away. Shigaraki brainwashes Minoda into thinking like him, but the brainwashing wasn't complete. He goes into episodes where he acts the way Shigaraki wanted him to, and then he wakes up, horrified by his acts

Appearance: Togyami is of average height with a lean, somewhat unassuming build. His most striking features are his deep-set, intelligent eyes that seem to observe everything without needing to speak. He often has a slightly weary or pensive expression, a remnant of his quieter, often misunderstood childhood. His hair is a muted, dark brown, usually falling slightly over his forehead. He prefers simple, comfortable clothing, even in his U.A. uniform, which he wears meticulously but without fuss. His hero costume is designed for minimal sound, with padded soles and dark, flexible fabric, and incorporates subtle sound-dampening fields around his gloves and boots to enhance his Quirk's applications.
Personality: Togyami is, first and foremost, quiet. This isn't born of shyness, but rather a profound observational nature; he prefers to listen and process before speaking. Growing up, this quietness was often misinterpreted and led to him being ridiculed, making him initially withdrawn and somewhat self-conscious. However, the experience also forged a surprising inner strength and resilience.
Though reserved, Togyami possesses an unflappable calm that few others can match. He rarely raises his voice, and when he does speak, his words carry a rare weight and clarity, often cutting directly to the core of an issue. He is highly empathetic, capable of sensing underlying emotions and motivations, which allows him to see beyond superficial displays – particularly Bakugo's aggressive exterior.
He holds a unique and somewhat perplexing position as the sole individual capable of genuinely standing up for (or to) Katsuki Bakugo. This isn't done through shouting or confrontation, but through a quiet, unyielding presence and an ability to articulate truths that Bakugo cannot ignore. Togyami sees the potential in Bakugo, along with his insecurities and self-destructive tendencies, and surprisingly, Bakugo seems to tolerate Togyami's interventions in a way he does no one else's, perhaps even secretly valuing them.
Quirk: Quiet Echo, Togyami's Quirk allows him to manipulate localized sound perception. He can create a focused "bubble" where ambient noise is significantly dampened, making it remarkably quiet within. His true mastery, however, lies in his ability to make specific sounds or voices (including his own) resonate with unnerving clarity within this silenced space. This effectively forces a target to hear and process what is being said, making it almost impossible to ignore.

Surveillance/Stealth: Can mute his own sounds or an area for quiet reconnaissance.

Sensory Overload: Overuse or sudden termination of the Quirk can lead to temporary muffled hearing, ringing in his ears, or a jarring re-entry into normal noise levels.
Physical Combat: The Quirk offers no direct offensive or defensive capabilities in terms of physical power.
History/Background: Togyami's early life was marked by the constant teasing he endured for his quiet nature. Children often mistook his silence for aloofness or even stupidity, leading to him being ostracized. This period of isolation forced him to become incredibly observant and develop a keen understanding of human behavior, as he processed the world around him mostly through sight and subtle cues.
His Quirk manifested early, initially as an involuntary dampening field around him when he was overwhelmed, making him even more isolated. Over time, he learned to control it, discovering its unique resonance aspect. It was through this Quirk, ironically, that he first learned to truly connect with others, as it allowed him to make himself heard without needing to become loud or aggressive.
His connection with Bakugo is somewhat of an enigma. They were likely classmates at some point before U.A., or perhaps their paths crossed during a particularly volatile incident. Togyami, with his quiet observation, was one of the few who saw past Bakugo's bluster to the underlying drive and occasional vulnerability, and Bakugo, in turn, recognized Togyami's unique, unshakeable presence. Togyami doesn't fear Bakugo, nor does he back down from him, which results in a bizarre, almost symbiotic relationship where Togyami can act as a strange, quiet moral compass for the explosive hero-in-training.
Hobbies and others:
His favorite pastime is reading, especially in quiet, secluded spots.
He finds loud, sudden noises incredibly jarring and uncomfortable, a direct consequence of his heightened auditory sensitivity.
He often carries a small notebook in which he jots down observations or thoughts, a habit developed from his quiet childhood.
Despite his quiet nature, he has a dry wit that often catches people off guard.

Hero Name: The Energy Hero, Silver
Appearance: Silver is a white-haired teen with an unassuming, almost skinny build. Yet once revealed, he has a fit physique. He has orange eyes (changes colour depending on the amount of power/quirk used). He takes on an outgoing expression, much like his personality. His choice of clothing consists of a yellow T-shirt with black sweats, almost similar to his hero suit which consists of a pastel golden coloured, high tech hoodie with the same coloured sweats designed to be a electric conductor.
Personality: As said before, Silver is outgoing, as well as confident and empathetic. He is able to get along with many with his humor. He also is very knowledgeable and strategic. He sometimes acts dumb or oblivious to situations only to get to information from enemies. He also has a dark side or defensive side when someone brings up his dead brother.
Quirk: Energy
This quirky allows Silver to conduct electricity with his body (and added electricity with his suit) and shoot back out. He often builds up electricity to use other abilities like speed, time travel, teleportation and defensive tactics, though if he uses his powers too much, it drains out.
Strengths/Abilities
- Superhuman Speed: Upon conducting electrical energy into his suit and within himself, he can travel at high speeds and sometimes unlock the speed of sound or light.
- Teleportation: If Silver runs at a high speed, he can break through space, ultimately changing his position.
- Time Travel, similar to teleportation, if Silver uses enough power for speed, he can go into the future and predict his opponents upcoming attacks.
Weaknesses:
- Over-usage: If Silver uses too much of his conducted electricity, he'll have a blow-out or major drainage.
- Over-Conduct: If Silver conducts electricity too much, it'll take a toll on his physical state.
Backstory:
As a child, Silver lived with his father, mother and older brother, Kai. His father was against heroes for their constant destruction so he became an activist against heroes, but became viewed as a villain who was later killed by a group of vigilantes. Silver's mother became a hater of heroes. She was later killed upon attacking Silver and Kai. It was Kai who slayed her. Kai was later killed by a force electrical thunderstorm, which is how Silver got his power from. For a while, Silver was bullied for being an orphan and he blamed himself for Kai's death, which resulted -surprisingly- in him being kind to everyone, though in fear of being retaliated against. Upon becoming older, he dreamt of avenging the death of his family.

Appearance: Basically, my character is an Ars Goetia from Helluva Boss. He has several shades of orange feathers, the darker orange mainly his chest and tail/wing feathers. His eyes are pure red and their glow varies on emotion. He is typically kind and is almost always smiling. He wears regular clothes and loves to wear jackets, which he does 90% of the time. He has a phoenix based body and has flames and is close to unkillable. His full demon form is a full fire Phoenix, no arms, but wings.
Personality: Over all kind and caring, but gets serious when needed. He has natural familial instincts and treats friends like family. He loves human customs, but also has some dark episodes every so often.
Quirk: Phoenix Flames
He can make and control flames. He does have to be wary of his power usage, using too much causing him to go full demon. He tries to stay up to 30% power and can do some pretty good attacks and defense with only that.
Strengths:
-Teleport; can appear and disappear in a burst of flames.
-Fire Control; Can control any fire.
Weaknesses:
-Demonic Shift; Going over 30% can start to result in him shifting to his full demon form.
-Exhaustion; The more complex the spell, the more energy it uses.
