Hi,

Because GR requires me to have periods in my pen name which do not exist my books need manually moving over when they get uploaded from Amazon.

I have a new preorder for a book called Caging Innocence by CC Gedling ASIN B0F518Y8KX
Please can this be added to C.C. Gedling’s Author profile.

Also Steel Christmas still exists under CC Gedling and has reviews while the book also exists with the original placeholder cover under C.C. Gedling. Could these be combined?

The profile has a follower, so you will need to ask support for a merge.

Hi @scott could my new book be moved over while I request this merge? Will meeting cause this issue to permanently subside or just merge the Steel Christmas reviews? The information coming through on Amazon comes in on CC Gedling and my profile is C.C. Gedling so unless this then creates and automatically link it will keep happening. Thanks, Claire

If we move the books, you will lose the follower on the other profile, which is why you need to ask support to merge the profiles instead.

The only way to fix this for the future is to fix your name on Amazon.
