Nick’s choice of VP is down to two people, US Senator Jessica Sanford and Gretchen Henderson, a political operative. His first preference is Sanford but she wears his mother’s perfume (Chanel No. 5). When he mentioned Henderson to Sam, she expressed some doubts so he went with Sanford. Your thoughts?

I think Sanford was the right choice, but I'm sure we haven't seen the last of Henderson. All kinds of vibes were emanating from her time on the pages.

I had hinky feelings about Henderson, too. Can’t define why but those two divorces and a restraining order heightened my senses. Sanford was his first choice and he should stick with it. They can resolve the perfume thing easily.

Henderson really didn't have any qualifications, other than being a political insider. I don't think she would have been a good choice, and the media would have pounced for sure.
