Pinepaw snuck through the territory, repeatedly looking over his shoulder. He wasn't supposed to be here, and if he was caught then he'd be in so much trouble
Minnow was nearby, playing in a small stream, not a care in the world. ``Wheee!`` She squeaked, her paws soaked from jumping.
His ears twitched as he picked up the sound.
She suddenly yowled, having slipped on a rock, landing on her paw wrong. ``Oww!!``
Pinepaw ran over, looking concerned. "Are you okay?"
She shook. ``I think so`` She squeaked, her voice sounding....smaller?
I'm sorry tessie, but this is a 1x1 rp 😅))
"Did you hurt your paw?"

(oh i thought it was just Mapleclan territory..? how do they decide when/where/who for rping.?)

``I-I think so`` She squeaked, although backed away from Pinepaw.

She shook her head, about to start running towards her home, which was a very marshy hollowed out tree-trunk.
Pinepaw hesitated before going after her
She kept running, until she crawled into a tree-trunk, half filled with water. The water was up to her chin, of course it wasnt really much of a home.
Pinepaw stopped, looking concerned
She shook a little, coughing as some of the water got into her mouth.
Pinepaw grabbed her scruff gently, pulling her out of it, "Where's your mother kit?"
``D-Dont have one`` She said, still coughing. ``Mama got stolen a half-moon ago....``
"Oh" he frowned, "I'm sorry little one."
``I been surviving off berries`` She squeaked, although her bones could be felt through her pelt.
"Will you stay here while I go and find you something?" he asked gently
Minnow nodded, shaking. She looked around, noticing some berries. ``Berries- over there!`` She squeaked, pointing a paw towards the bush.
"no little one." he chuckled softly, "I'll get you real prey."
``Real....prey?`` She squeaked, trying to look up at him. ``Berries arnt prey...?``
"No, meat is prey." he said patiently. "I'll be right back, alright?"
She nodded, sitting on the ground. ``O-Okay``
Pinepaw left and soon came back with a couple of mice in his jaws
Minnow looked confused. ``mice...? You can eat those?`` She mewed, ``Im used to berries....``
She nodded, stumbling over, taking a very small bite out of the mouse.
She started chewing on it, gagging. ``Ew!``
"I know it tastes weird," He said gently, "But you have to eat it."
``I think i'll stick with berries`` She squeaked, walking away from the mice.
"You need more meat on your bones."
``Yes it is!`` She yowled, rushing towards the berry bush. They were bright red, and almost like deathberries.
``Let me get the berries!`` She screeched.
"No, those look like deathberries." he said firmly
``Hmf....your mean!`` She screeched before falling into racking coughs.
Pinepaw quickly grabbed her scruff, taking her towards camp
She tried to get away from him, screeching.
"Stop it," he said, "I'm taking you back to camp to get checked on."
``Let me go!`` She screeched, her voice quiet from how much she had coughed.
``Stop!`` She cried, still trying to get out of his grasp.
