i actually just read the first part and then dnf'ed legendary. I just thought it was a bit dry(also I was in a reading slump and busy with school) so now shld I read it? is it worth the hype?

I loved it because of the magic and banter, but if you didn't like the first book or beginning of Legendary, I feel like you won't like the rest of it either. It keeps the same vibe throughout.
