It's also easy and simple to drink water! Make it more fun by drinking out of fancy straws, putting stickers on your water bottle, or adding (healthy) flavors to your water like fruit juice!

Remember to check on yourself! Take a moment to assess how you've actually been feeling recently, in the past day or week, and maybe write it down (you can even share on this group!) Even if you can't name the feeling, try to recognize if it's negative,positive, or neutral, and try to figure out what's been causing those feelings and maybe what can be done in the next day or week to make it better or keep the feeling positive!
