Ria Fenech | 1 comments I’ve just finished You Like it Darker for the first time and I really enjoyed it! Some good and suspenseful stories in this collection.

Mike fabick | 2 comments I just read this last month. It was great. King was always my fav and when I had kids I slipped off reading, really enjoyed this, Billy summers, fairytale and the bill Hodges trilogy of his more recent work. I honestly forgot some of these werent whole stories on their own, also nice to have the mini cujo sequel

Alen | 2 comments I haven’t read Cujo, so I dont know the protaganist’s past, but I really loved Rattlesnakes. It gave me the chills which were smilar to those I got from The Shining. Plus I enjoyed every story here.
My favorite was The answer man. I love it when King writes novellas and short stories and I can’t beleive he’s still having unique ideas at his current age. Overall solid book

Carli | 4 comments I’m listening to the audiobook for the second time, and I love all of it. Will Patron was made to narrate Stephen King!

Gary Martin (gmmartinbooks) | 93 comments I loved Cujo! I watched the movie and read the book. I don't this is a spoiler. The ending to the book and movie are different.

Jess | 3 comments What was everyones favorite story?

Oscar | 61 comments Danny Coughlin's Bad Dream is my favorite.

Overall, I liked these stories. Collectively, a lot of them worked together to create a collection that deals with the introspection of getting older and being alone.

Ronnie | 1 comments I’d say my favorites are Rattlesnakes, Danny Caughlin’s Bad Dream, and maybe The Dreamers. I felt Rattlesnakes had the elements that I love about Stephen King. The Dreamers was pretty creepy too.

I wouldn’t call it my favorite but I definitely had the biggest reaction to The Fifth Step. That ending was so disturbing to me! I couldn’t stop thinking about it for a couple of days haha. I hope there aren’t people who would do something like that in real life!
