017 walked into the lounge, and immediately noticed the book shelves. he walked over to one, and grabbed a random book. "lord of the flies." he looked at the back description. "how depressing. who curated this bookshelf?"

012 joins 017 at the bookshelf "jeez" she says. "It's clear whoever made this place had a dry sense of humour. THen she turns and marches to one of the vending machines.

(Somebody explain whats going on I was gone for some time😭)

(some people woke up in stasis, then we went to the lodge for food.)

#002 wasn’t good at finding things so she just sat on the floor of the corner of the room. Humming a tune without realizing she was doing so.

#017 tried to sing a harmony with #002, failed miserably, then decided to just shut up and read the book he grabbed earlier like a good little amnesiac.

There are five vending machines:

The red one is labled: Contains Meat
The green one is labled: Vegetarian/ Vegan Friendly
The pink one is labled: Desserts
The blue one is labled: Beverages

The yellow one is set a bit away from the rest. It reads: Allergen Free


"Ah man! Treasure Island was a favorite of mine as a kid!" #001 says over #017's shoulder. He then walks over to the jukebox flashing in neon colors. After a moment, he says, "I'm kinda vibing with this playlist. There's definitely an ongoing theme though." He picks a song at random. Come Sail Away by Styx starts to play from hidden speakers.

#002 giggled at #017 attempt at joining her tune. She felt bad that she didn’t do anything the whole time they were here so she started looking around the room in hopes to find food. She crouched low to open a rusty cabinet and gasped at her discovery. “Food!” She exclaims with a wide grin. “I found food, guys!”

#017 squints at #001. he said, 'as a kid.' implying he had memories of his childhood. not only that, but this playlist was giving villain vibes. did he not get effected by the amnesia, and was faking it? was he the reason we crashed? #017's mind raced, though he only showed it as a few drops of sweat running down his forehead. he got up to go fo the food with the others.

#002, being the observant woman she is, glances at #017. “Something wrong?” She asked as she nibbles at a strange substance that tasted like strawberry.

I whisper, "something's off about #001. he said he had childhood memories. we remember nothing."

#002 shrugged. “I-I don’t know. I’m not going to make any assumptions, it’ll be a waste of time to make enemies when none of us knows whats going on.” She then smiles warmly, “Besides, I’m starting to remember things too, not clearly, just small little things like me singing. Actually, singing is the only thing I remember.” Her eyes brighten. “Melody! I shall be called Melody from now on.”

017, after getting his 'gurt from the snackbar, decides to take a step outside the ship, just to see what kind of place they're in.

Melody becomes curious too, and follows from behind.

012 stands up from looking at the vending machines each in turn. "I bet you £100 I can make this room at least 20% More efficient" she says as she looks around

(*waits patiently for someone's to reply*)

"How so?" #001 asks. He decides to see if the pot roast and potatoes are any good. "You like peas and carrots?" He nods to the vegetable machine. "We could split these for the full dinner experience."

She nods "yeah sure" she say she absently "I need paper. And a pencil." She starts rummaging through the room

#001 grabbed the food and walked over to a table. Absently, he moved a pawn on a chessboard before trying to open the packages.
"There's probably an office somewhere nearby. I'm just trying to flll my stomach before heading out."

012 turns around "wanna help me look for an office? i can already tell that those vending machines are slow and i haven't even looked at them yet. they can be improved, so therefore i must be the one to improve it" she says, then goes and moves a knight on the same chessboard as 001 was using.

"Yeah, but can we please eat first? Surely you're starving too?" He began to divvy out the food into equal portions of everything. Then he moved another piece on the board.

"Of course im hungry. Just think of how much easier it will be to eat quickly when I've made my improvements" She moves another piece on the board. "And you can't say you aren't curious about this place, we could go exploring!"

(She too focussed on cookie run Kingdom lmao)

"I'd love to. Soon as I fiish the first meal I've had in what feels like ages in a test tube." He shoved a plastic sporkful of dehydrated beef in his mouth and grimaced. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. "I shouldn't complain when I'm starving, but I'm realizing I'm supposed to add water."

She sighs and sits down next to him to eat. She passed him a water bottle. "Then eat quickly. I want to know more about this place"

#001 nodded his appreciation and began to chow down. When he was finished he decided to leave the plastic trays on the table for now. He didn't see a trash can and he figured their was some sort of panel that would open a drawer. But for now, that wasn't important. "Come on!"

012 followed him out of the room to look for an office
