What are your feelings about Frank? As a character? As a person? Did your feelings change from the beginning to the end?

My feelings about Frank falter so much throughout the book! In the beginning, I thought he was fine. Then when we found out he was with Beth while she was still pining for Gabe and married her while she was pregnant with Gabe's baby, I felt immense love for him. The whole incident with Bobby made me feel angry and sad about Frank and his lack of awareness surrounding the dangers of the farm. I also felt like they should have addressed the grieving of Bobby more in their marriage. While it felt heroic that Frank took the fall for Leo, it also seemed like Leo could have had a lesser sentence because of the situation and I don't like that Frank lied about killing Jimmy. I do hope the best for Frank and Beth after the end of the story.
