I have been very much looking forward to PBS Masterpiece adaption of Gill Hornby's book Miss Austen, which I enjoyed reading a couple years ago! The first episode aired on May4... and all the episodes are free to stream for two weeks after they go up. Episode 1 is available until May19 and the show can be found here:

To get into the spirit, I also re-watched the 2005 movie Pride and Prejudice... it's one of those movies I like to watch over and over!
What are your favorite movies or shows that started out as books? That's the writing topic for our postcards this month! Do you try to read the book before you see the movie? Are there any movies you saw before you read the book? And Of Course the book is better ... but maybe you have something else to say about that? :)
