Dragonfruit, the gilded ones, the isles of the gods. All adventure fantasy with a hint of romance. If you want something light and fun, I recommend reading Dragonfruit.
The Gilded Ones is more of a war and politics fantasy book.
The isles of the gods is slow paced and mostly on a ship sailing
Hi all. I wanted to introduce my book in hopes that you will read it and give me a review. You won't be disappointed. The Answers Lie In Africa was recently published and is available online as an e-book or paperback, worldwide. It's getting some great reviews here on Goodreads and on Amazon.
As one reviewer said, "It offers readers an immersive blend of mystery, history, and travelogue. Smith's writing vividly captures the essence of Cape Town and its surroundings, providing readers with a rich tapestry of the region's tourist attractions and cultural landmarks. While the central mystery offers intrigue, the true strength of the novel lies in its descriptive passages and the author's ability to transport readers to the heart of South Africa. The book serves as both a suspenseful tale and a travel guide, highlighting the beauty and allure of the region. Readers who enjoy mysteries set against exotic locales, enriched with historical context and vivid settings, will find this novel engaging and enlightening."The Answers Lie in Africa: Can you bury the past?
The most fun I had reading a series since really getting back into reading in 2022 was the Percy Jackson series. I was 21 when I read them, and they were just so enjoyable, even as an adult. I also really like reading Lana Harper's The Witches of Thistle Grove series whenever I need a fun little read. The plot gets a bit darker over the series, but the general plots of the single books are cute and spooky in all the right ways.
If you're looking for fun little romance books though, I'd recommend Alexis Hall and Casey McQuiston's books. The most fun I have ever had reading a book was 'Red, White, and Royal Blue'; my cheeks genuinely hurt from smiling so much.
