I'm Ellie, Senior Director of Alumni Engagement at your Alumni Association. I'm currently reading Lessons in Chemistry (I know I'm late on this one!), but my recent favorite was The UnHoneymooners. Lighthearted read I couldn't put down.

I just finished The Poppy War by R. F. Kuang during AAPI month and I cannot tell you all how incredible it was. Amazing world-building, character development, and magic system. Now I'm onto A Cursed Carved in Bone by Danielle L. Jensen :)

Tina Ankers | 1 comments Hello! I’m Tina and I graduated in 2000 I just finished reading Before We Were Yours, I couldn’t put it down it’s quite intense. I then read Remarkably Bright Creatues to lighten the mood, lived it! I’m a teacher so keeling the mood light for the beginning of summer with current read, Lessons in Chemistry which I’m finding delightful. I will probably want intense again next! Happy Reading!

message 16: by Mairead (new)

Mairead Treanor | 1 comments Hi everyone my name is Mairead, and I'm from the class of 2019! I'm currently reading Atmosphere by Taylor Jenkins Reid and loving it. I've read a bunch of her other books and really like her writing style. I think one of my favorite books of this year and potentially of all time is Bright Young Women by Jessica Knoll. It's a very captivating book inspired by a survivor of the Ted Bundy murders at Chi Omega at Florida State University. Highly recommend if you like thriller/murder mystery and the author credits the survivor to the inspiration and storyline of the book. I'm always looking for recommendations so l'll be checking out what everyone is reading!
