ken (kennyhope) | 1 comments hiiii! I'm a fan of dark romance & thrillers too. Anything with a bit of psychological spice I'm a sucker for.

I'm not sure what all you've read, but honestly some good ones I've read are That Sik Luv, really anything by J Rose (I've read Forever Ago & the entirety of the Blackwood series, continuing on with her work!), Mindfk series, all the fairytale renditions by Evelyn Flood & Emily McIntire. And one of the best for lasts, KM Moronova! Her Fabric of Our Souls will have me in a chokehold for LIFE!

Hope I gave ya something new to look into, feel free to message whenever, I try to be as active as possible on here, a lot more active on IG/Threads: username the same - https://instagram.com/paperbackjunkee :)

Amy Turing | 3 comments Hi everyone, I’m Amy Turing. I write techno-thrillers, and I’ve just finished the first book in a new series — it’s about AI, control, and what happens when prediction turns into manipulation.

When I’m not working on the book, I’m usually off screens — walking, reading old books (both digital and paperback), or doing anything offline to stay grounded like gardening.

Currently I am finishing reading The Golem by Gustav Meyrink. It is a really dreamy noir book that somehow reminds me of the digital world we live in.

Looking forward to finding other fans of thrillers, conspiracies, and weird, shadowy corners of the world.

Happy to be part of this group!

Carol/Bonadie (bonadie) | 9686 comments Hello all newbies!

A couple of you are looking for recommendations. You will not find them in this thread, but If you're looking for recommendations for mysteries and thrillers, the best place to start is in our JF/NR (Just Finished/Now Reading) topic, or the Monthly Reads topic. People have recently been posting books read in May, but the posts go back as many months as you like. I'd start with the Monthly Reads topic as you are more likely to get descriptions of books. Alejandro | 1 comments Hi everyone! I’m Alejandro, from Tarragona-Spain. I’ve always been a fan of reader (not than much as kid), now I’m enjoying it more than ever, especially of fantasy, science fiction and mystery thrillers. Lately, I’ve been exploring more contemporary and historical fiction too. Some of my favorite writers are Sarah J. Maas, Rebecca Yarros, Peter V. Brett, Paolini Christopher and Patrick Graham. I joined this club to connect with fellow book lovers, discover new books and expand my reading list. Looking forward to reading with you all! Can’t wait to get some great book recommendations! Excited to be here!!!

Layla | 1 comments Hello,

I've just escaped a marriage and am now living in a small apartment that needs an awful lot of work. At present, times are tough and I've little time for reading. Before I tied the knot I read and read; once under his control that stopped. I will log-on as much as I can.

Z.S. Galos | 2 comments Hey! I'm Z.S. Galos, a Hungarian author who writes about the kind of things most people prefer not to think about — shadow organizations, global control systems, and the question of who's really pulling the strings. My John Hunter series follows a former special agent who stumbles into a truth he was never meant to find. Four books, one mission, and a villain who genuinely believes he's saving the world. Currently writing the finale — it's getting intense! Looking forward to connecting with fellow thriller lovers here.
