Signed up! I've selected a few books that I definitely am going to read, because they're already borrowed on Hoopla or Libby and return within the first 2 weeks of June, and then I took last year's and removed anything I've read since then and will focus on them again! But now looking at it, I think I just want to focus on a couple series; Artemis Fowl, Wayfarers, and Monster. And I'll leave the rest up for inspo.TBR FOCUS

I just signed up for this year's SciFi Summer Readathon, and I am super excited to dive back into this genre for the next month! Most of the books I plan on reading in June come from my physical TBR, but I'm also open to making some new purchases. Here are some of the titles I'm most looking forward to reading:
~Of Monsters and Mainframes, by Barbara Truelove (June 3rd release date)
~I'm Starting to Worry About This Black Box of Doom, by Jason Pargin
~Revenant-X, by David Wellington
~Star Cat: The First Trilogy and Star Cat: The Last Trilogy, by Andrew Mackay
~Pride and Prejudice in Space, by Alexis Lampley
~Who Fears Death, by Nnedi Okorafor

My plans, after I finish The Vampire Armand. I will be starting Slaughterhouse-Five before Wednesday since it's for my read-along group.
Great reading plans, all! Happy Reading!

I usually wait till the end of the day or the next day for a halfway point check-in but I finished the books I was currently reading last night so now's a good a time as any!Read

So today I am starting 3 books:
. ACOWAR is a buddy read to go through the end of the month. I have all 3 formats of ACOWAR and ROASF so it'll be easy to continuously read them. Lightspeed is a chonky paperback but since I didn't get the short stories I wanted from Why On Earth (it was an anthology but a continuous story with each chapter from a different author instead), I'm excited to read a short story or two a day.
