cereal first, so you can then add as much milk as you need. of course, there is the matter of seconds

when it's seconds, drink the milk because it's so good???? then pour cereal and then milk again . . . . . . . . . .

i just add the cereal to what milk i have, and then add extra milk is necessary. which is not usually the case, because i don't have as much for seconds anyway. if there's any milk left over after seconds, that's when you drink it.

You just have to be careful, pouring the milk first allows you to decide the amount of cereal you want to eat in the end, because you can add more cereal to the milk.

yes, exactly pouring the cereal first ensures that you have the amount you want, and then you add the milk accordingly. although, as i said, when it comes to seconds, i do just add cereal to whatever milk i have left
