Basking Shark! White tipped reef sharks and whale shark are not the same shark!

I'm going to be a huge nerd real quick!

So there 3 types of filter feeder sharks, basking sharks, and megamouth shark. I LOVE SHARKS! The smallest shark is the pocket shark, it's about 5 inches and it's bioluminescent (don't get me started on bioluminescence)

I mean I like both of those sharks

Sharks find fish using sensors in their nose, they have really bad eyesight, due to this if you redirect a sharks nose, it'll go away

Sharks are not aggressive creatures either, like bees, if provoked they attack but otherwise they're chill

In march 2025 a new type of guitar shark was discovered

Sharks have no bones, they're carnigerous creatures

Greenland sharks are super underrated and they are my favourite sharks

Yesss I just looked them up they are actually kinda cute

The coolest part about them is that they are the longest living vertebrates and they can live up to 500 years!

And they are also the fifth largest shark with the largest one found measuring 6 meters long!

I love Greenland sharks and they deserve more recognition because they’re super cool
