Help me so I’m doing the Duke of Edinburgh bronze award (search it up if you don’t know what it is it’s hard to explain ) but I’m the practice walk I’ll be fine however on the actual walk on the second day if it comes on time my period will start and normally the first day I spend writhing in pain in my bed almost throwing up not eating anything but I’ll be camping and walking then so that gonna be fun
