Muldoon's Misfortunes question

Muldoon's Misfortunes: Those Resilient Muldoon's My publisher has removed the book for me to republish. They are going out of business. The several other reviews of this edition are removed by them, but this review was a straggler from the beginning. It was never grouped with the others somehow.
Is there a way to remove it? Or do I need to contact the first publisher? I plan to indie publish it in June. Thank you! E.V. Sparrow
