Enemies to lovers, beach house banter, and some deep emotional wounds—Beach Read had it all!

Now that you've turned the last page, what did you love? What made you laugh, cry, or clutch the book to your chest?

Drop your reactions, favorite moments, quotes, reviews, etc. below, and don’t forget to tag those spoilers!

Kristen Fort | 101 comments What I loved most about Beach Read is that the two characters are writers and bookish, and it is what I love most about Emily Henry's novels in general, that I can see myself and people I know in her characters. I don't remember the laugh-out-loud moments from this one as it has been five years since I've read it, but it was a great, light-hearted read during the pandemic for me and my teacher besties.

My review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...

I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. This is exactly the benefit of this club to me....I read books that I typically may not pick up.

Julie Grindal (julesgrin) | 161 comments This was definitely a quick beach read. This is not my genre of choice, but I do love the witty banter of Emily Henry’s novels.
