For me, it was The Hunger Games and Twilight series. I haven't found anything as mind bowling since.

When I was a teenager, I was totally obsessed with Dragonlance. I've been trying to put the series together for my own kids. The only book I haven't found so far is, The Soulforge.

Thanks for sharing Jennifer! I’ve never come across the series myself but definitely add it to my list and give it ago. I had a check on Amazon for the soulforge and there’s a hard book copy being sold not sure if that’s the one you need

When I was a teenager, I loved Ray Bradbury and Kurt Vonnegut. Bradbury’s Martian Chronicles and Vonnegut’s Welcome to the Monkey House were two of my favorites. I love science fiction. As far as recent favorites go, I just read Jeff VanderMeer’s Annihilation (reluctantly, as I didn’t like the movie) and was absolutely blown away.

I would love to hear about other people's favourite books and maybe get them added to my want to read list :)
